Oil circulates through the engine like blood in human body. The oil filter is the same as the liver that filter the blood. The oil filter keeps oil clean and works engine efficiently; also, it prevent wasting fuel.
It‘s a small one but playing big role.

you don’t need to care about the engine.
| To check out the condition from the engine oil The oil will be oxidized and getting dirty by sludge, carbon, dust, etc. If those stuff flow into the filter too much again and again, the filter function would be getting lower. Because of the filter clogging, the engine can’t perfume well. Therefore, the oil filter needs to be checked and changed regularly. |

| To prevent the engine from trouble. If the oil filter hasn’t changed for a long time, it couldn’t work well. This means the dirty oil go through the engine, and that will be cause of the engine trouble. Unfortunately, nothing let you know if the filter is used up. Therefore, we strongly recommend checking and changing the filter; for example, using a sticker on the oil filter that tells you when you should change it. |

Using the engine under the hard condition (, such as using it for many hours or a few minutes using intermittently) shorten the oil’s and the oil filter’s lives. Also, when you change the oil to new one, a little old oil is still in the filter. To prevent mixing new oil and old oil, we recommend you to change them together. |

Supporting spring (Setting Spring) It keeps the filters position from a vibration or oil pressure. Relieve Valve It’s opened when oil is viscosity, or the filter is clogged. If it’s opened, the oil wouldn’t be filtered and just flow into the engine. Filter Paper It removes impurities from the oil. Because of the pleated folds, it has large filtration area Anti-drain valve The valve holds the oil in the filter preventing it from the engine running dry when sitting for long time. Gasket the filter and a place where the filter is set. It is made by a high quality material in order to resist from heat and heated oil. Pressure Regulator Valve It automatically bypasses the flow of the oil at a certain pressure in order to avoid the filter gets unusual oil pressure. Some cars have originally equipped. |
Varieties and Characteristics of the Oil Filter

Full-Flow type ●Most gasoline cars use this type. ●To secure necessary oil pressure and set the filter as working well and catching the sludge efficiently. |

Full-Flow and Bypass type ●The diesel cars usually use this type. ●The bypass filter is purposed to filter the carbon and corpuscular dust that can not be taken away by the full-flow type. Thus, its filtration mesh is smaller, and that takes longer time than the full-flow type to filter. |

Combination type ●To combine the full-flow and bypass type into a one filter is the combination type. Its inside structure is a bit complicated because of combining 2 filters into a filter. This type is increasing in the diesel cars because it doesn’t take space. ●Each filter has each oil pressure rate that makes fixed filtration rate. |
