Oil Filter Tester
Take sludge or dust into the oil, and let them go through the oil filter in order to check its life and filtering efficiency.
Air Filter Tester
Take sludge or dust into the air, and let them go through the air filter in order to check its life and filtering efficiency.
Pressure-resistant Tester
This applies pressure to the filter, and measures strength of the filter.
Measuring Parts Strength Tester
This measures parts’ (gasket, spring, etc) strength of tension, pressure, or bend.
Scanning Electron Microscope
The electrons interact with the atoms that make up the sample producing signals that contain information about the sample's surface topography, composition, and other properties such as electrical conductivity. This gives you much more details than using an optical microscope.
Deodorizing Tester
Putting cigarette or chemical, which cause a smell, into an airtight box and then check them before and after going through a filter numerically.
Windshield Wiper Tester
It checks how a wiper works in rainy situation.
Other Testers
We also use other strict testers to check all parts that we use in order to produce safe products.
